JUDITH DRIVE MANAGEMENT

Judith Drive Management, a subsidiary of Z+G Property Group has been managing multi-family and retail properties throughout Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan for over 7 years.   The principals, Jay Greenberg and David Cohen have extensive experience both on the management and acquisition side and have organically grown their own portfolio.  They have a unique bond both professionally and personally and have created a company to expand their vision to properly oversee the properties that they have invested in together.

Over the past five years, the Jay and David spearheaded the growth of the management platform to not only service the buildings that they own, but others throughout the city.  By starting with their own portfolio, they have built a management company that thinks like owners and is high-touch, thoughtful, efficient and conscientious.  As the management company grows, so does the need for day-to-day management that is able to tackle heightened compliance, tenant relations, reporting and coordinating building repairs in an ever-changing multi-family environment.

Earlier in 2019, both Jay and David felt that the infrastructure was sufficiently built to expand the management business they created organically. By testing and implementing the most useful technology available, making the right strategic hires and streamlining the management process,  the goal was to begin serving as a full-service property manager for other building owners, co-ops and condos. They successfully on-boarded a medium sized Brooklyn developer who owns 7 properties and almost 200 units as their first client.  Judith Drive Management wishes to remain a boutique operation that serves clients who share a similar vision.  By having the principals involved in the day-to-day operations that own properties and understand the complexities of New York City real estate, the company is able to efficiently manage properties and solve the unique challenges that are presented daily. 

Judith Drive intends to manage all outside buildings as they do their own. One that starts with a keen focus on customer service, utilizing their Rolodex of a large number of contractors and incorporating technological enhancements whenever possible. Along with a strong background in finance and real estate development, Judith Drive would be a huge asset to any building looking to provide the best service to their tenants.
